Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

Users of the Discord bot (“HelpyBot”) must follow these rules of conduct:

The developer reserves the right to deny, revoke, or restrict access to HelpyBot at any time and for any reason, whether or not a specific rule has technically been violated.

HelpyBot is provided “as is” and “as available.” No guarantees are made regarding uptime, reliability, or performance. The Developer makes no promises that HelpyBot will function without bugs, errors, or unintended behavior.

By using HelpyBot, you acknowledge and agree that:

HelpyBot may collect and privately store the following information:

Users are advised not to provide sensitive or private information through HelpyBot.

Data collected by HelpyBot is used solely to provide and improve its functionality — such as assigning milestone roles, displaying profiles, and tracking server engagement.

All data is stored locally on the Developer’s personal machine and individual users can easily delete their stored data through commands. User data is never shared, sold, or disclosed to any third parties. The only person with access to stored data is the Developer.

For questions regarding HelpyBot, these Terms, or this Policy, you may use your preferred writing utensil to write your request onto a piece of scrap paper. During the next full moon with clear skies, go outside and look toward the celestial body, focusing your soul energy as you silently burn your scrap paper using whatever source of fire is convenient to you. I will not recieve your question, but this ritual should help you make peace with not knowing all the answers.
